There’s nothing more refreshing in Virginia in the middle of summer than to jump or dive into a clean, cool swimming pool or to cheer on the kids at their swim meet. The Country Club of Culpeper in Culpeper VA provides an Olympic size swimming pool that’s perfect for individuals, kids, seniors or the entire family. The kids get plenty of exercise swimming throughout the summer and will spend hours playing with their friends in a safe swimming environment.
Adults come from Culpeper County, VA, and the surrounding counties of Stafford, Fauquier, Orange, Madison, Spotsylvania and Rappahannock County to enjoy a dip in the swimming pool in the evenings or enjoy the pool on weekends with the kids. And for seniors and retirees, the pool is a great place to relax, do some laps and socialize with friends.
Our family friendly swimming pool is scheduled to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. The Swimming Pool is a great place to for the family to spend a summer afternoon. Complete with a bathhouse, snack bar, diving board and access to our bar & grill, there are activities to keep everyone in the family busy. Access to the pool is included in our social membership or can be added to any golf membership that does not already include pool benefits.
Covid-19 Restrictions/Precautions
- No one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19, or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days, is permitted in the establishment;
- Diving areas must be limited to three persons per diving area with ten feet of physical distance per diver;
- Seating will be provided on pool decks with at least ten feet of spacing between persons who are not members of the same household;
- Please practice social distancing.

Swim Team
Join the Culpeper Country Club Barracudas Swim Team this summer – it’s great exercise and lots of fun!
Practice starts right after Memorial Day on Monday – Thursday evenings and Friday mornings. Our swim meets are on Wednesday evenings and begin in June. All kids ages 5-18 are welcome. The cost for members and grandchildren of members is $100 for the first child, and $75 for each additional. The cost for non-club members is $300 for the first child, and $75 for each additional. Registration covers the cost of league fees, team t-shirt, latex swim cap, and all swim team activities.
